PERAST & KOTOR
kotor
Montengro is located less then one hour's drive from Dubrovnik. After crossing the border you will drive around the spectacular Bay of Kotor which is deeply carved in to the Montenegrian mountains offering unforgettable scenery. You will pass along charming settlements such as Risan and Perast before arriving to Kotor.

Perast
is a sleepy baroque place near Kotor. The most beautiful buildings of this small city were built in the 17th and 18th centuries. At that time seafaring was growing and captains built magnificent villas that even today capture you with their beauty. Perast is a quiet and peaceful place. It abounds in sacred monuments, such as the Church of Saint Nicola (Sveti Nikola) built between the 15th and 17th centuries, the Parish church build in 1740, the island in front of Perast where the church Saint George (Sveti Djordje) from the 12th century is located, and the Church of Our Lady of the Rock (Gospa od Skrpjela) build in 1630, a church built in the baroque style on top of an artificial island.

First tour stop will be in Kotor, one of the best-preserved medieval towns in this part of the Mediterranean. It was succeeded in preserving its original form, so typical of towns between the XII and the XIV century. The asymmetric structure of the narrow streets and squares, combined with the numerous valuable monuments of medieval architecture, contributed to Kotor being placed on UNESCO's "The world natural and cultural inheritance" list. The cultural inheritance of this town is enriched by the unique architectural styles and the ambient atmosphere. The fortification system of Kotor, which protects it from the sea, is actually a wall 4.5 km long, 20 m high and 15 m wide, and is preserved as one of the world's historic values. The most representative monument of Roman architecture in the Adriatic is the magnificent Cathedral of St.Triphun, constructed in 1166 and built on the remains of the former temple from the IX century. There are the remains of the frescos from the XIV century and the valuable treasury with domestic and Venetian golden works dating from the XIV to the XX century. Besides the cathedral, in the hart of the town, there are magnificent examples of sacral architecture originating from XII till XX century. Also included visit to Marine museum.
SV. STEFAN & BUDVA
sv stefanBudva- one of the oldest urban centres on the Adriatic Coast. Budva is the metropolis of Montenegrin tourism thanks to the great number of beaches that make this a most desirable tourist destination. Apart from its natural beauty, such as its bay islands and beaches, Budva is rich in historic monuments. Old Town lies on a small peninsula and represents a treasure chest of culture heritage. Budva's coast is among the most beautiful coasts in the world and its beauty will not leave anybody indifferent.

Sveti Stefan, a town – hotel, is located on an island connected to the mainland by a narrow strip that has two red coloured sandy beaches. Originally built by traders and fishermen in the 15th century, it became town – hotel in 1960 thanks to our famous painters Lubarda and Milunovic, who recognised this old place as a potential tourist attraction. Many famous persons have visited Sveti Stefan, among who we mention Sofia Loren, Monica Viti, Willie Brandt, Bobbi Fisher, Sylvester Stalone, Claudia Schaeffer and Ingemar Stenmark
CETINJE & LOVČEN
cetinjeCetinje - Situated in the fields of Cetinje, at the base of the Lovćen Mountain, Cetinje is a treasure of Montenegrin cultural and historical heritage. It scents with the architecture from 18th and 19th century that comes from rich greenery of this small city. Cetinje is the capital of Montenegro and Crnogorsko-primorska Mitropolija. During King Nikola's reign many embassies were built that give it today's specific looks. Two of the most representative buildings are the Monasteries of Cetinje and Biljarda. Cetinje Monastery was built in 1701 and even though the Turks destroyed it several times, the people built it up again. There are relics of Saint Petar of Cetinje, one the illustrious patrons of Montenegrin history. Cetinje Monastery represents the spiritual and political seat of the Montenegrin people.

Mt. Lovćen - Adjacent to Cetinje is Lovćen National Park, normally approached by car, but accessible on foot. Covering 6.400 ha, the national park is dominated by Mount Lovćen and the Njegoš Mausoleum, descending to the marshes of Skadar Lake.
Due to its specific natural characteristics, Mt. Lovćen was pronounced a national park in 1952. It has an area of 6,400 ha and represents a unique whole viewed from bio-geographical and tourist aspects.
The mausoleum of Petar Petrović Njegoš built of limestone and granite can be found on top of Mount Lovćen. It was Njegoš last wish, the greatest ruler of the Montenegrins who was a bishop and a poet at the same time to be buried there. The big statue in the mausoleum was sculpted by Mestrovic. The statue was getting dusty for a long time in a store-room but later it was carried up to the peak with the help of big haulers and winches. (Can be visited by foot only)
